Application for a renewal of a Danish third-country cross-border investment services and activities license must be submitted to the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority in due time before the expiration of the license.
The Danish Financial Supervisory Authority encourages an applicant applying for a renewal of a Brexit conditional and temporary license to submit the application before 15 April 2022 in order to be sure that the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority is able to assess the application before the expiration of the license on the 30 June 2022.
