Administration

The division is responsible for the internal administration, including finance, HR, organisation and communication and internal service functions.

Within finance, the division is responsible for:

  • Budget and accounting
  • Financial management and management information
  • Collection of fees
  • Annual reports

Within HR, organisation and communication, the division is responsible for:

  • HR- and organisational development, including the working environment
  • Career- and skills development program
  • Performance contracts
  • Web solutions

The division additionally manage the following tasks:

  • Secretary functions for cross-disciplinary meetings
  • Purchasing and service functions for all divisions
  • Security and maintenance of the building
  • Time recording and handling of non-attendance
