The Division supervises non-life insurance companies and reinsurance companies. This is done by preparing risk analyses on the basis of reports from undertakings, as well as through regular inspections at the individual undertakings, where risk management and use of capital is reviewed and examined.
The Division is also secretariat for the Terrorism Insurance Council.
