Mortgage-Credit Division

The Division supervises mortgage-credit institutions as well as Danish Ship Finance (Danmarks Skibskredit). The Division also, to some extent, supervises branches of foreign banks from EU/EEA countries in Denmark.

Other than acts and executive orders concerning the undertakings above, the Division is responsible for certain common provisions concerning group matters in the supervisory legislation.

At international level, the Division participates in meetings regarding mortgage-credit and certain group matters.

 

Expertise centre for property risks

The Division is an expertise centre for property risks and is responsible for the following tasks:

• Market monitoring
• Specific assessment tasks at all types of financial undertaking
• Updating market databases
• Other questions about real estate.
