Warning against Venture Associates

Public warning

The Banking, Finance and Insurance Commission (CBFA) warns the public against the activities of Venture Associates (www.ventureassoc.com), which is contacting Belgian investors with a view to offering investment services.

Venture Associates claims to be a firm with its registered office in Japan at 34 F Yamashiku Building, 5-9-4 Otemachi, Chiyoda, Tokyo, 100-0006. It maintains the website www.ventureassoc.com. It does not have the authorization in Belgium necessary to offer investment services in or from Belgium.

The CBFA thus advises the public against responding to any offers of investment services made in the name of Venture Associates and against transferring money to any account number they might mention.
