Warning against Borsa Financial

Investor warning

The Banking, Finance and Insurance Commission (CBFA) warns the public against the activities of Borsa Financial (www.borsafinancial.com), which is contacting Belgian investors with a view to offering investment services.

Borsa Financial claims to be a firm with its registered office in Italy at Via Barberini 3/A, 00187 Rome. It does not have the authorization in Belgium necessary to offer investment services in or from Belgium.

The CBFA thus advises the public against responding to any offers of investment services made in the name of Borsa Financial and against transferring money to any account number they might mention.
