§ 18

Employees of the Danish FSA may not, without prior permission from the Minister for Economic and Business Affairs, own or operate an independent business undertaking or participate in the management or operation of a business, cf. section 356 of the Financial Business Act. Employees may, however, own, operate and participate in the administration of real property.
