Selskabet har efter det til Finanstilsynet oplyste tilbudt formidling af finansielle tjenesteydelser.

har ikke tilladelse til i Danmark at tilbyde tjenesteydelser omfattet af lov om finansiel virksomhed og er ikke under tilsyn af Finanstilsynet.

Selskabet er ikke blevet notificeret over for Danmark af udenlandske tilsynsmyndigheder.
