Selskabet har efter det til Finanstilsynet oplyste tilbudt formidling af finansielle tjenesteydelser.

HCS Worldwide

har ikke tilladelse til i Danmark at tilbyde tjenesteydelser omfattet af lov om finansiel virksomhed og er ikke under tilsyn hos Finanstilsynet.
  
Selskabet er ikke blevet notificeret over for Danmark fra udenlandske tilsynsmyndigheder.
