Amager Bio Bank overtrædelse af § 7, stk. 5, i lov om finansiel virksomhed

Finanstilsynet er blevet gjort opmærksom på Amager Bio Bank.
Finanstilsynet skal oplyse, at Amager Bio Bank ikke har tilladelse som pengeinstitut og må ikke anvende betegnelsen "bank", jf. § 7, stk. 5.
Amager Bio Bank er således ikke under tilsyn af Finanstilsynet.

Warning against Amager Bio Bank

Amager Bio Bank violation of section 7(5) in the Financial Business Act

The Danish Financial Supervisory Authority's attention has been directed towards Amager Bio Bank.
The Danish Financial Supervisory Authority shall inform that Amager Bio Bank don't have the needed authorisation from The Danish Financial Supervisory and therefore can't use the indication "bank" in their name.
Amager Bio Bank is not under the supervision of The Danish Financial Supervisory.
