Finanstilsynet har fået henledt opmærksomheden på, at et selskab ved navn Trinity Ventures uopfordret har kontaktet danske borgere. På selskabets hjemmeside (http://www.trinity-ventures.com) er det angivet, at selskabet har følgende to adresser:
* 502, Hillsidekagurazaka, 3-6-10 Kagurazaka, Shinjyuku-ku, Tokyo, 162-0825, Japan.
* Via Gagarin 14, 20036 Meda, Milano, Italien.
Selskabet har efter det til Finanstilsynet oplyste tilbudt formidling af finansielle tjenesteydelser.
Trinity Ventures har ikke tilladelse til i Danmark at tilbyde tjenesteydelser omfattet af lov om finansiel virksomhed og er ikke under tilsyn hos Finanstilsynet.
Selskabet er ikke blevet notificeret overfor Danmark fra andre europæiske tilsynsmyndigheder.
