Advarsel mod Pegasus Ventures

ADVARSEL

Finanstilsynet har fået henledt opmærksomheden på, at et selskab ved navn Pegasus Ventures uopfordret har kontaktet danske borgere. På selskabets hjemmeside (http://www.pegasus-ventures.net) er det angivet, at selskabet har adressen: Viale Lucia Gaurico 4/11, Rom 00143, Italien.

Selskabet har efter det til Finanstilsynet oplyste tilbudt formidling af finansielle tjenesteydelser.

Pegasus Ventures har ikke tilladelse til i Danmark at tilbyde tjenesteydelser omfattet af lov om finansiel virksomhed og er ikke under tilsyn hos Finanstilsynet.

Selskabet er ikke blevet notificeret overfor Danmark fra den italienske tilsynsmyndighed.

The Danish Financial Supervisory Authority has been informed that a company named Pegasus Ventures unsolicited has contacted Danish citizens. At the company's homepage (http://www.pegasus-ventures.net) it is stated that the company has the address: Viale Lucia Gaurico 4/11, Rome 00143, Italy.

According to information given to The Danish Financial Supervisory Authority, the company has offered to carry out financial services.

Pegasus Ventures does not have authorization from the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority in accordance with the Financial Business Act to carry out such services in Denmark.

The company has not been notified in Denmark from the Italian Financial Supervisory Authority.
