ADVARSEL

Carls Bank overtrædelse af § 7, stk. 4, i lov om finansiel virksomhed

Finanstilsynet er blevet op gjort opmærksom på eksistensen af virksomheden Carls Bank, der på sin hjemmeside www.carlsbank.com skriver, at Carls Bank modtager indlån fra offentligheden.

Finanstilsynet skal oplyse, at Carls Bank ikke har tilladelse til at henvende sig til offentligheden, som modtager af indlån og ikke har tilladelse til at drive pengeinstitutsvirksomhed. Carls Bank er således ikke under tilsyn af Finanstilsynet

Carls Bank violation of section 7(4) in the Financial Business Act

The Danish Financial Supervisory Authority's attention has been directed towards the firm Carls Bank because of their advertisement on the website www.carlsbank.com where it follows that Carls Bank receives deposits from the public.

The Danish Financial Supervisory Authority shall inform that Carls Bank don't have the needed authorisation from The Danish Financial Supervisory to approach the public as recipients of deposits in Denmark and don't have needed authorisation to carry out bank activities. Carls Bank is not under the supervision from The Danish Financial Supervisory.
