Virksomheden har efter det til Finanstilsynet oplyste tilbudt formidling af finansielle tjenesteydelser omfattet af lov om finansiel virksomhed.

Mckenzie Rosenthal & Associates har ikke tilladelse til at tilbyde tjenesteydelser omfattet af lov om finansiel virksomhed og er ikke under tilsyn hos Finanstilsynet eller det amerikanske Securities And Exchange Commission.

The Danish Financial Supervisory Authority has received several inquiries from persons, who have been contacted by a company named Mckenzie Rosenthal & Associates, New York.

According to information given to The Danish Financial Supervisory Authority the company has offered to carry out financial services regulated by the Financial Business Act.

The Company has not been licensed by The Danish Financial Supervisory Authority in accordance with the Financial Business Act to carry out such services. Furthermore the company is not registered with The Securities And Exchange Commission, New York.
