Virksomheden har efter det til Finanstilsynet oplyste tilbudt formidling af finansielle tjenesteydelser. Warner Beck Inc., Ltd. har ikke tilladelse til i Danmark at tilbyde tjenesteydelser omfattet af lov om finansiel virksomhed og er ikke under tilsyn hos Finanstilsynet. Hong Kongs værdipapirtilsyn har oplyst, at selskabet heller ikke er under tilsyn i Hong Kong. According to information given to The Danish Financial Supervisory Authority, the company have offered to carry out financial services.
