ADVARSEL

Finanstilsynet har modtaget en række forespørgsler fra personer, der er blevet kontaktet af en virksomhed ved navn Warner Beck Inc., Ltd., 16th Floor, Cheung Kong Centre, 2 Queens Road Central, Wancahi, Hong Kong (www.warnerbeck.com).

Virksomheden har efter det til Finanstilsynet oplyste tilbudt formidling af finansielle tjenesteydelser.

Warner Beck Inc., Ltd. har ikke tilladelse til i Danmark at tilbyde tjenesteydelser omfattet af lov om finansiel virksomhed og er ikke under tilsyn hos Finanstilsynet.

Hong Kongs værdipapirtilsyn har oplyst, at selskabet heller ikke er under tilsyn i Hong Kong.

The Danish Financial Supervisory Authority has received several inquiries from persons who have been contacted of a company named Warner Beck Inc., Ltd., 16th Floor, Cheung Kong Centre, 2 Queens Road Central, Wancahi, Hong Kong (www.warnerbeck.com).

According to information given to The Danish Financial Supervisory Authority, the company have offered to carry out financial services.

Warner Beck Inc., Ltd. does not have authorisation from the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority in accordance with the Financial Business Act to carry out such services.

The Securities and Futures Commission in Hong Kong has informed the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority that the firm is not under supervision in Hong Kong either.
