Finanstilsynet har modtaget en henvendelse fra et dansk pengeinstitut, der er blevet kontaktet af en dansk virksomhed ved navn Bankier Allianz A/S (http://www.bankierallianz.com). Af hjemmesiden fremgår, at selskabet er et pengeinstitut.
 
Bankier Allianz A/S har ikke tilladelse i medfør af § 7 i lov om finansiel virk­som­hed til at udøve pengeinstitutvirksomhed, og er således ikke under tilsyn af Finanstilsynet.
