ADVARSEL

Finanstilsynet har modtaget en henvendelse fra en person, der var blevet kontaktet af en virksomhed, Baker & White, der tilbød investering i aktier i Christian Dior.

Baker & White har efter det for Finanstilsynet oplyste hovedkontor i Hong Kong og har ikke tilladelse fra Securities and Futures Commission i Hong Kong.

Baker & White har heller ikke fået tilladelse af Finanstilsynet i henhold til § 33 i lov om finansiel virksomhed til at tilbyde tjenesteydelser med værdipapirhandel her i landet.

WARNING

The Danish Financial Supervisory Authority has received an inquiry from a Danish person, who by telephone has been offered shares by a firm, Baker & White, which has head office in Hong Kong.

Baker & White has not obtained authorisation according to section 33 of the Financial Business Act from the Danish FSA to carry out services with securities trading in Denmark. According to information the Danish FSA has got Baker & White is not authorised by the Securities and Futures Commission in Hong Kong.
