Warning against Wyatt M & A Advisory

Finansinspektionen (the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority) has today published this statement in order to warn investors against dealing with unauthorised firms. Wyatt M &A Advisory is not authorised by Finansinspektionen and is therefore not entitled to provide financial services. Finansinspektionen has not received any notification of cross-border activities from other EES countries.

Wyatt M & A Advisory has a website (www.wyattmaadvisors.com) using the following address: John Hancock Center,  875 North Michigan Ave-nue, Chicago, Illinois 60611, United States.

Wyatt M & A Advisory’s representatives contact investors through unso-licited telephone calls and offer to buy their holdings of shares in an Amer-ican  company. However, the investor must first pay a fee in advance, “Stock Legend Registration Fee per Share”. This is an advance fee fraud scheme.
