Warning against Equities Europe and Olta Capital Management Inc.

Investor warning

The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier draws the attention of the public to the publication by the Irish Financial Services Regulatory Authority of a warning notice on the activities carried out by a company named Olta Capital Management Inc. which purports, inter alia, to have its Head Office in Luxembourg (see below).

The Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier informs that the company Olta Capital Management Inc. has not been granted the required authorisation to offer financial services in or from Luxembourg.

Pursuant to Regulation 163 (1) of the EC (Markets in Financial Instruments) Regulations 2007, the Irish Financial Services Regulatory Authority (‘Financial Regulator’) hereby advises that:

Equities Europe
(Ireland)

Olta Capital Management Inc.
(Ireland & Luxembourg)

are not authorised as investment firms in Ireland.
