Labuan Financial Services Authority (Labuan FSA) would like to notify the public that the authorities have commenced an investigation into the following Labuan companies and their related domestic companies:

Public is hereby advised that the above companies are not authorised to collect any funds or any form of deposits under the Labuan Financial Services and Securities Act (LFSSA) 2010. These companies are only registered as an ordinary company under the Labuan Companies Act 1990 or Companies Act 1965.

Labuan FSA reminds the public to only deal with individuals or companies licensed by the Labuan FSA under the LFSSA 2010 relating to the relevant business defined thereof. The list of licensed financial entities is available in Labuan FSA’s website at www.labuanfsa.gov.my
