Warning against Shigesuke

Public warning

The Banking, Finance and Insurance Commission (CBFA) warns the public against the activities of Shigesuke (www.shigesuke.net), which is contacting Belgian investors with a view to offering investment services.

Shigesuke claims to be a firm with registered office at the Nihon Seimei Sakaisuji Honmachi Building, 8-12 Honmachi 1 chome, Chuo Ku, Osaka 541-0053, Japan. It does not have the authorization in Belgium ecessary to offer investment services in or from Belgium.

The CBFA thus advises the public against responding to any offers of investment services made in the name of Shigesuke and against transferring money to any account number they might mention.
