Warning against Quality Investments B V NUF

Kredittilsynet (The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway) warns against investment offers promoted by Quality Investments B V NUF.

Kredittilsynet has been informed that Quality Investments B V NUF (adresse: Storgata 4, 8004 Bodø, Norge) has approached Norwegian investors offering investment services. Approaches has also been done in the name of the Spanish firm Quality Capital Management S.L. (address: Urb. Lomas de Sierra Blanca, C.C. LE VILLAGE Oficinas 9-11, 29602 Marbella, Malaga, Spain) and Quality Investments Norge AS. Kredittilsynet calls attention to the fact that Quality Investments Norge AS is not registered in The Register of Business Enterprises.

Kredittilsynet wishes to make it clear that neither Quality Investments B V NUF, Quality Capital Management S.L. or Quality Investments Norge AS are authorised to provide investment services in Norway, and therefore lacks the licence required under Norwegian law. The company is consequently not subject to Kredittilsynet’s supervisory oversight, nor has Kredittilsynet approved the services offered by the company. Kredittilsynet therefore reccomends investors not to enter into agreements after approaches as mentioned above.
