Warning against Quality Capital Management S.L.

Kredittilsynet (The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway) warns against investment offers promoted by Quality Capital Management S.L.

Kredittilsynet has been informed that Quality Capital Management S.L. (address: Urb. Lomas de Sierra Blanca, C.C. LE VILLAGE Oficinas 9-11, 29602 Marbella, Malaga, Spain) has approached Norwegian investors offering investment services. The company also offers services from a website http://www.qualityinvestments.es.

Kredittilsynet wishes to make it clear that Quality Capital Management S.L. is not authorised to provide investment services in Norway, and therefore lacks the licence required under Norwegian law. The company is consequently not subject to Kredittilsynet’s supervisory oversight, nor has Kredittilsynet approved the services offered by the company. Kredittilsynet therefore recommends investors not to enter into agreements with or transfer assets to Quality Capital Management S.L.
