Warning against Park East Capital

Kredittilsynet (The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway) warns against investment offers promoted by Park East Capital.

Kredittilsynet has been informed that Park East Capital (address: Level 14, 1-2-9 Nishi Shimbashi, Minato-Ku, Tokyo 105-0003, Japan) has approached Norwegian investors offering investment services. The company also offers services from a website www.parkeastcapital.com.

Kredittilsynet wishes to make it clear that Park East Capital is not authorised to provide investment services in Norway, and therefore lacks the licence required under Norwegian law. The company is consequently not subject to Kredittilsynet’s supervisory oversight, nor has Kredittilsynet approved the services offered by the company. Kredittilsynet therefore recommends investors not to enter into agreements with or transfer assets to Park East Capital.
