Warning against Lemanium SA

Kredittilsynet (The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway) warns against investment offers promoted by Lemanium SA.

Kredittilsynet has been informed that Lemanium SA (address: Richemont Building, Rue du Petit-Chêne 18, 1003 Lausanne) has approached Norwegian investors offering the investment services active management of investors' portfolios of financial instruments and investment. The company also offers services from a website http://lemanium.com.

Kredittilsynet wishes to make it clear that Lemanium SA is not authorised to provide investment services in Norway, and therefore lacks the licence required under Norwegian law. The company is consequently not subject to Kredittilsynet’s supervisory oversight, nor has Kredittilsynet approved the services offered by the company. Kredittilsynet therefore recommends investors not to enter into agreements with or transfer assets to Lemanium SA.
