Warning against Commerce Investments Group

Kredittilsynet (The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway) warns against investment offers promoted by Commerce Investments Group.

 

Kredittilsynet has been informed that Commerce Investments Group (address: One Liberty Plaza, Suite 3601, 165 Broadway, New York, NY 10006) has approached Norwegian investors offering to purchase shares on their behalf subject to payment of an advance fee. The company also offers services from a website http://www.commerceinvestments.us/.

 

Kredittilsynet wishes to make it clear that Commerce Investments Group is not authorised to provide investment services in Norway, and therefore lacks the licence required under Norwegian law. The company is consequently not subject to Kredittilsynet’s supervisory oversight, nor has Kredittilsynet approved the services offered by the company. Kredittilsynet therefore recommends investors not to enter into agreements with or transfer assets to Commerce Investments Group.
