Kredittilsynet (The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway) warns against investment offers promoted by CLT Solutions

Kredittilsynet has been informed that CLT Solutions (address: Arpad Fejedelem utca 94, 1036 Budapest, Hungary) has approached Norwegian investors offering investment services. The company also offers services from a website http://www.cltsolutions.com.

Kredittilsynet wishes to make it clear that CLT Solutions is not authorised to provide investment services in Norway, and therefore lacks the licence required under Norwegian law. The company is consequently not subject to Kredittilsynet’s supervisory oversight, nor has Kredittilsynet approved the services offered by the company. Kredittilsynet therefore recommends investors not to enter into agreements with or transfer assets to CLT Solutions.
