The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (‘the Commission’) wishes to inform the investors that the company

1. Has never been granted a license to operate in the Republic in accordance to PART II of the Investment Firms Law (Law Number 144(I)/2007).
   
   
2. Ηas never been authorized by the Commission in accordance to PART XII of the Investment Firms Law (Law Number 144(I)/2007), which would have enabled it to provide investment services on a professional basis in the Republic of Cyprus, or to persons outside the Republic.
   
   
3. Ιs not a bank established in the Republic, licensed by the Central Bank of Cyprus, and allowed pursuant to the above mentioned PART XII to offer investment and ancillary services.
   
   
4. May not operate in the Republic in the investment sector through a branch nor provide cross border investment services pursuant to PART IX of the Investment Services Law (Law Number 144(I)/2007).

Finally, the Commission urges the investors, before doing business with Investment Firms, to consult its Web Site (http://cysec.gov.cy) to confirm the companies which have license to offer investment and ancillary services in the Republic.
