Warning against company FX RUN LTD. and persons DIRK HENDRIK REERINK and RICHARD BURGER

Slovene Securities Market Agency is warning investors about activities of the company FX RUN LTD., with following addresses: Suite 2, Portland House, Glacis Road, Gibraltar;  Exchange Tower, Docklands, London E14 9GE, United Kingdom; and World Trade Center, Dunajska 156, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, and persons DIRK HENDRIK REERINK and RICHARD BURGER, on the territory of Republic of Slovenia.

Company FX RUN LTD. and persons DIRK HENDRIK REERINK and RICHARD BURGER have not obtained the Agency’s authorization according to Market in Financial Instruments Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia nos. 67/2007, 100/2007 and 69/2008) or any other securities law to carry out services in the financial instruments field in Slovenia and by the date of this warning the Agency has not received any documentation proving that the authorization is sought.
