Warning against Baer Innes Stock broking &wealth management

Kredittilsynet (The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway) warns against investment offers promoted by Baer Innes Stock broking & wealth management.

Kredittilsynet has been informed that Baer Innes Stock broking & wealth management (address: Suite 31, Millennium Tower, Handelska, Vienna, A-1200, Austria) has approached Norwegian investors with investment offers. The company also offers services from a website www.baerinnes.com.

Kredittilsynet wishes to make it clear that Baer Innes Stock broking & wealth management is not authorised to provide investment services in Norway, and therefore lacks the licence required under Norwegian law. The company is consequently not subject to Kredittilsynet’s supervisory oversight, nor has Kredittilsynet approved the services offered by the company. Kredittilsynet therefore recommends investors not to enter into agreements with or transfer assets to Baer Innes Stock broking & wealth management.
