Kredittilsynet has received information that representatives of Wellington Mergers & Acquisitions have approached investors in Norway offering to provide investment services. The company has a webpage (www.wellingtonma.com) where it claims to have a business address in the U.S. (3340 Peachtree Road NE, Buckhead Area Atlanta, GA 30326-1081, United States of America).

Wellington Mergers & Acquisitions does not have authorization from Kredittilsynet in accordance with the Securities Trading Act to promote or offer investment services in Norway, and is not registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Kredittilsynet has received information that the company makes reference to a non-existent supervisory agency they call 'International Securities Regulators'.
