Kredittilsynet (The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway) warns against investment offers marketed by First Prime International

Kredittilsynet has received information that representatives of

First Prime International

have approached investors in Norway offering to provide investment services. The company claims to have a business address in Japan (6-1-6-503 Minami-Aoyama, Minato-ku, Tokyo, Japan 107-0062).

First Prime International does not have authorization from Kredittilsynet in accordance with the Securities Trading Act to promote or offer investment services in Norway, and Kredittilsynet has been informed that the company is not under financial supervision in Japan.
