Warning against Morley Thompson

The Banking, Finance and Insurance Commission (CBFA) warns the public against the activities of Morley Thompson (www.morleythompson.com), who is contacting Belgian investors with a view to offering investment services.

Morley Thompson claims to be a firm with its corporate office in Japan at Marunouchi Building, 24th floor, Marunouchi 2-4-1, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 100-6332. It does not have the authorization required to offer investment services in or from within Belgium.

The CBFA thus advises the Belgian public against responding to any offers of investment services made in the name of Morley Thompson and against transferring money to any account number they might mention.
