WARNING NOTIFICATION FOR INVESTORS

Pursuant to section 4 para 7 of the Bankwesengesetz (BWG; Austrian Banking Act), Austria’s
Financial Market Authority (FMA) has the right – by way of publication in the official gazette
"Amtsblatt zur Wiener Zeitung" or any other official bulletin with nationwide circulation – to inform
the general public of the fact that a particular company is not allowed to carry out certain banking
activities (section 1 para 1 no. 1 BWG (deposit business) and section 1 para 1 no. 3 BWG (credit
business)).

By publication in the official gazette "Amtsblatt zur Wiener Zeitung" of 3 February 2007 the FMA is exercising this right and warns against doing business with the following provider:

This provider does not possess a licence issued by the FMA. Therefore, it is neither allowed to
accept customers’ funds for management purposes or as deposit nor to conclude loan agreements
and grant loans.

This warning is issued in response to national and international enquiries and complaints.
