The Securities Market Agency hereby warns potential investors that the company

Globe Invest AG, Vienna, Austria

, has been marketing the investment funds in the territory of the Republic of Slovenia in contradiction with the provisions of the Investment Funds and Management Companies Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, Nos. 26/05, 68/05, 28/06 and 114/06).

Only investment funds under the management of management companies with a registered office in Slovenia that have obtained the relevant Securities Market Agency authorization, investment funds of other European Union Member States that have passed successfully the registration procedure with the Securities Market Agency, and investment funds of non-EU countries that have obtained the Securities Market Agency’s marketing authorization in Slovenia may be marketed in the country.

Globe Invest AG, Vienna, Austria

has not obtained any authorization nor has performed a notification procedure in accordance with the Investment Funds and Management Companies Act, thus its marketing of investment funds in Slovenia represents a breach of the law.

The list of investment funds established in Slovenia and the list of investment funds from other EU Member States that meet the conditions for marketing and sale of funds in Slovenia are published on the Securities Market Agency website (www.atvp.si).
