(the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority) and therefore the company is not entitled to provide financial services.

Harper & Davis Associates has a website, (www.harperdavis.com). The
company claims to have following address: 1875 Century Park
East Suite 2541, Century City, CA 90067 United States.

Finansinspektionen has received information that Harper & Davis Associates has approached investors in Sweden by telephone and offers the investor to sell his holdings of shares in an OTC company. But, the investor has to pay a fee in advance, a “Payment for Registration of Securities”. It is a matter of advance fee fraud scheme.
