Warning against CertiGroup in Slovenia

For your information Slovene Securities Market Agency has sent out this warning today: 27/2/2005.

The Slovene Securities Market Agency has received an inquiry from several Slovene persons, who by telephone have been offered shares by a firm CertiGroup, whit a head office in United Kingdom and the branch office in China.

CertiGroup has not obtained the Agency’s authorization according to Securities Market Act to carry out services in the securities field in Slovenia and until issuing this warning the Agency has not received any documentation in order to acquire that authorization.

According to the information that the Slovene Securities Market Agency has obtained, Financial Services Authority in UK and China Securities Regulatory Commission, have not authorized the CertiGroup company.

The Agency strongly urges investors considering dealing with CertiGroup to exercise the greatest possible caution before proceeding, bearing in mind the contents of this public notice.
