Representanter för Scorpion Performance Inc. värvar per telefon investerare i Sverige. Företaget presenteras på hemsidor (scorpionperformance.com) utan att det anges något kontor eller någon adress i Sverige. Företaget uppger följande adress: 3000 SW 4th Avenue, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33315.

Enligt uppgifter från kunder har representanter för bolaget erbjudit kunden att köpa  aktier i bolaget, som är ett amerikanskt OTC-bolag. Aktier som säljs  enligt undantagsregler, ”Regulation S”.
