Företaget uppger en adress Suite 12, 48, BAJOS DCHA, 46021 Valencia, Spain. Företaget är okänt för den spanska tillsynsmyndigheten, och står inte under tillsyn i Spanien.

Enligt inkomna uppgifter från presumtiva kunder har representanter för bolaget erbjudit dem att köpa aktier bland annat i OTC-bolaget Karrington Holdings Corporation med adress 6612 63rd Drive, N.E, Marysville, Wa. 98270.
